THIS PAGE IS DEDICATED TO THE LOVING MEMORY OF
FOUNDING FATHER TED KIMBALL

Teddy Kimball was a debater at heart....  If a person tried to tell Ted he was wrong about anything, that person had better have thought about bringing along a lunch  (and maybe  breakfast too), but Ted was also  a teacher. Sometimes neither  teacher or  student knew at the time what was really happening. Over the thirty odd years I have known Ted, I have debated with him some, but most of all I have learned volumes from him about the true difference between  real guidance toward the right and proper ends and means (which is where his heart REALLY was) and just bull-crapping your way through situations and ultimately through life.  Teddy  knew and dealt WITH and FOR many, many people from ALL walks of life and in his own way thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. I wonder if when Ted got where he was going on this final journey, he found the gate keeper to be a republican....I can almost hear it from here and I'm thinking yup, Teddy made it to heaven.

It occurred to me as I read this that I do not have any pictures of Ted that are of photos.  The only ones I have of him are in my mind and the lessons he taught me.  They are more valuable than a thousand photos.

FREEDOM FIGHTER (fre'dem fi'ter) n. a person who bears arms against or otherwise actively opposes a dictatorial government. [See also TED KIMBALL]

Ted walked the walk and talked the talk of standing for personal rights and freedoms on many levels.  I found him to be an inspiration to many, myself included.  Ted was always available with an ear and probably advice whether it was at a meeting, over a cup of coffee, in a restaurant, his home or yours.  A busy man, with a lovely family and many, many friends.  Ted will be GREATLY missed.

I met Ted Kimball 38 years ago and have to say here that we lost the best motorcycle enthusiast the state of Maine has ever had.  Ted has helped many brothers and sisters along the path and we will never forget him.  I know he is running things right now where he is......... see you soon, Brother.
